DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Leaving Lodge.
Delete your Lodge account and everything in it, whenever you like.
Last updated October 2026.
From Lodge
- Sign in to Lodge in the iPhone or Android app, or at the Lodge website in any browser.
- Open Settings (tap your picture, then Settings).
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password, type your username to confirm, and tap Delete forever. It happens straight away.
- Want a copy first? Download your data from the same Settings page before you delete.
Can’t sign in?
- Email officialnerdlabs@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Include your username if you remember it.
- We’ll confirm the request came from the account’s email address, delete the account the same way the Settings button does, and write back when it’s done.
What’s removed
- Your account: email address, username, password, bio and profile picture.
- Your friendships and friend requests, your blocks, the reports you filed, and your Keyholder picks.
- Your direct messages, both sides of each conversation, and the messages you wrote in Lodge chats, including voice notes, images and reactions.
- The Memories you took, and the posters, sounds, frames and levels you added.
- Notification addresses for your devices, your call quality records, and the days your account was active.
- Every place you were signed in: you’re signed out everywhere at once.
- There’s no undo, and we don’t keep a hidden copy.
What stays
- Lodges other people are in. A Lodge you run passes to a co-owner, or else to whoever joined first. A Lodge with only you in it is deleted.
- Replies other people wrote to your messages stay in their chats, with your original shown as unavailable.
- Daily totals that aren’t tied to anyone (how many calls started on a day, for example).
