CHILD SAFETY
Keeping kids safe.
Lodge has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Last updated October 2026.
Zero tolerance
- Lodge does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, anywhere in Lodge: calls, chats, Lodges, photos, voice notes, profiles or usernames.
- That includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualising minors, grooming, sextortion, and trying to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Lodge is for people 13 and older. Accounts we learn belong to younger children are removed.
How to report
- Inside Lodge: open the person’s profile and tap Report. You can block them from the same place, which stops them calling, knocking, messaging or finding you straight away.
- By email, with or without an account: officialnerdlabs@gmail.com. Tell us the username involved and what happened. Please don’t send the material itself.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number first.
- In the US you can also report to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
What we do
- We review every report, and child safety reports come first.
- Content that breaks this policy is removed, and the accounts involved are closed.
- Child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.
Contact
- Lodge’s child safety contact can be reached at officialnerdlabs@gmail.com. The house rules everyone agrees to are in the Terms.
